College Ministry
University United Methodist Church is an inclusive community where we believe whoever you are and wherever you are on your faith or life journey you are welcome. Whether church has always been part of your life, you’re exploring faith for the first time, or you’re simply looking for good people and meaningful connection, here’s a place for you.
Dinner & Gathering
Sundays
5:30 - 7:30 pm
Fellowship Hall
Come share a dinner and spend time together. Sunday evenings are a space to slow down, connect with others, ask honest questions, explore faith and spirituality, and simply enjoy being in community. Throughout the year, we’ll mix things up with conversations about faith and life, creative activities, new experiences, guest speakers and professionals from our congregation, service opportunities, and plenty of time just to hang out.
Weekday Hangouts
Wednesdays
11 am - 4 pm
College Room
No program. No agenda. Just a place to be. Stop by anytime for simple food for lunch, take a break between classes, study, rest, meet friends, or hang out for a while. Stay for ten minutes or a few hours—you’re always welcome.
Young Adult Sunday School
Sundays
9:45 - 10:45 am
College Room
In-Transit is a Sunday School designed for College Students and Young Adults.
Life in your 20s can feel like everything is in transit—school, work, relationships, identity, plans for the future, and even faith. In Transit is a space to navigate it together. You don’t need to have everything figured out. None of us do!
Stay Tuned for More!
We’ll have other opportunities throughout the semester including: hiking, volunteering, game nights, studies, and other chances to connect and have fun. Email Pastor Earl—pastorearl@uumc.org—to get on the mailing list, and keep checking our website for all the details!
