During October we celebrate our commitment to giving at University UMC. Commitment Sunday is October 25 and all members and friends of UUMC will have an opportunity to submit their pledge cards indicating their financial commitment for the year ahead.

By the grace of God, we celebrate all we have accomplished over the past year and we look ahead with great joy and hope for all that will be in the months and years head. God still has dreams for us and work for us to do. Spiritual practices shape us and form us as disciples who offer good news to a hurting world. Throughout October we will learn more about some of the spiritual practices that have the power to form us as individuals and as a community of faith. As followers of Jesus, we are on a journey to becoming more fully the people God is calling us to be for at time such as this!
