About John Bridges

John Bridges is former executive editor and managing editor of the Austin American-Statesman, where he led Austin news and sports coverage for more than 30 years. A UUMC member since 1992, John is now teaching the next generations of journalists as a lecturer in the UT School of Journalism and Media.
