As we conclude our sermon series on Jesus’s parables, we turn to stories that may leave us unsettled—parables that appear to condone injustice, exclusion, or violence. This Sunday school class invites us to wrestle honestly with these difficult texts and consider how they have been interpreted across time. We may not arrive at easy answers, but all are welcome to bring their questions, concerns, and insights as we read and reflect together.
