Hi friends,

Happy Fall! We have a lot coming up so please check below. Highlights include Parent’s Night Out, Parent Happy Hour and Fall Festival THIS WEEKEND! Sign up below and make sure to wear costumes, bring a candy basket and get ready for fun.

Another important event I want to point out is a Godly Play Training coming up on November 14th 5:30-8pm at the church. Our children’s Sunday School has been growing (hooray!) and we are in dire need of more teachers. Classroom space is opening up, we have the kids to fill it, we just really need your help. The good news is, the more folks that are trained and able to teach every once in a while, the less work will fall on any one volunteering individual. This is vital to the future of our children’s ministry. More details below, but always reach out with any questions!

Join Jillian and staff for pizza, movie, stem, crafts and more to celebrate Halloween! Youth are welcome to come help decorate and parents can join at Parent Happy Hour hosted by Carolyn Andrade in the 78703 zip code.

Fall Festival

10/26 @ 12pm

Wear your costumes, bring candy buckets and get ready for lots of yummy food from T-Locs. Bounce houses, games and all the usual yummies! See you there!

Tween Time

11/9 @ 12-3pm

Join other tweens and youth for an interfaith adventure. We will eat lunch together at the church then head to the Radha Madhav Dam Hindu Temple to tour and learn about the Hindu faith. Pick up at 3pm.

Junior’s Day Camp

11/4 @ 9am-3:30pm

Calling all kinder-3rd graders! We are hosting our Juniors for their day off to learn about Democracy and practice all our democratic values while adults go vote!

If you have any interest in teaching Godly Play, please join us! This a low commitment training that will get you ready to teach and group manage kiddos Sunday School classes. We are growing and we are desperate need of your help! Dinner and childcare provided.
